My son is U13 club, but I've seen him work with 7-17. Sessions are well planned and we spent time with traps, chips and shooting with power. Actual technique he can use in games.

"Our 8 year old daughter trained with Anthony for 8 months in 2015, both individually and with a teammate in joint practices. I was immediately impressed with Anthony’s professionalism, passion and effective communication skills. He arrived at each lesson with a game plan either based on having watched her previous game, or our discussion of that week’s events.
He taught defending techniques, field positioning and game day strategies that weren’t covered in her club practices. He kept the workouts fresh and fast paced.
